Patrick Bell is President and Broker of MainStreet Commercial Georgia, Inc., an independent commercial real estate brokerage serving businesses, property owners, and investors throughout North Georgia. A commercial real estate professional since 2012, Patrick has extensive experience in commercial sales and leasing, acquisitions, investment properties, and property and asset management. As a former Forsyth County Commissioner, he brings a unique understanding of zoning, land use, economic development, and the inner workings of local government to complex commercial real estate matters. Patrick is among the first professionals to earn the Georgia Accredited Commercial Specialist (GACS) designation, a comprehensive commercial real estate certification program created and administered by Georgia REALTORS®. His industry leadership includes serving two consecutive terms as President of the 400 North Association of REALTORS®, being named its REALTOR® of the Year, chairing the 400 North Commercial Council, and serving in numerous leadership roles with Georgia REALTORS®. Patrick founded MainStreet Commercial Georgia to provide experienced, responsive, and practical commercial real estate services grounded in local market knowledge and a clear understanding of the needs of local business owners and investors. The company was built on a simple founding principle: “Commercial Real Estate Services for Main Street, Not Wall Street™.
