Accounts & profiles
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and broker profile and for keeping your credentials secure. Broker profiles are subject to verification, and we may decline, suspend, or remove a profile or listing that violates these terms or that we cannot verify.
Acceptable use
You agree not to post false, misleading, or fraudulent information; scrape or harvest data; send spam or unsolicited solicitations; or interfere with the operation or security of the platform. Listings and profiles must relate to legitimate commercial real estate.
Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant CREBrokerList a license to display and distribute it as part of operating the directory. You are responsible for the content you publish and for ensuring you have the rights to share it.
No professional advice; no guarantee
CREBrokerList is a directory and connection platform. We are not a party to any transaction, do not provide brokerage, legal, or financial advice, and do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the outcome of any engagement between users.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CREBrokerList is provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
